Margi Pennington
Executive Assistant
Margi is the Executive Administrative Assistant at ButcherJoseph & Co, LLC, where she provides elite administrative partnership to the Executive and Private Equity teams.
Prior to joining ButcherJoseph, Margi was with Broadview Group where she supported the CEO, the Chairman, the Private Equity Team, and the Trading Team. As one of the first employees to be hired with the firm, Margi drove organizational culture, supported the development and implementation of multiple processes, including expense reporting, the emergency action plan, the Travel and Entertainment policies, and HR processes, and managed the daily office functions. She is driven by a lifelong passion for philanthropy and has not only served on several charity committees throughout her career but is also dedicated to charitable fundraising and community outreach initiatives outside of the workplace.
Margi holds a Bachelor in Business Management with an Accounting minor, as well as a Paralegal Certification. She is a family-oriented fitness junkie, a runner, and a local musician born and raised in St. Louis. She and her husband Jim spend their free time riding motorcycles and camping.
