Analyst

As an Analyst, Aidan supports sale transactions to strategic or financial buyers, employee ownership (ESOP) transactions, capital advisory, and valuation modeling. Aidan joined ButcherJoseph as a full-time Analyst in 2026 after completing the firm’s internship program in 2025.

Aidan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in General Business from the University of Virginia, where he graduated with honors. While at UVA, he founded and served as president of the Community Cleanup Club and was a founding member of the Gaynor Family Sustainability Investment Fund. He is originally from Lynchburg, Virginia.
