As an Analyst, Kaz supports sale transactions to strategic or financial buyers, employee ownership (ESOP) transactions, capital advisory, and valuation modeling.
Kaz previously worked in ETFs at Invesco, focusing on asset management and market analysis. Additionally, he was involved with Springboard Capital, a Calgary-based search fund targeting industrial companies in Canada and the United States EBITDA ranging from $1 million to $5 million. Kaz also co-owned Pokemunch, a local poke restaurant prior to attending university.
Kaz holds a BCom in Finance and Computer Science from McGill University and is currently a CFA candidate. He’s Canadian by nationality, but has American roots from STL and ATL.
