Saint Louis, MO, July 2025 – ButcherJoseph & Co. (“ButcherJoseph”) a boutique investment banking firm specializing in ESOPs and strategic corporate finance solutions, is pleased to welcome Mac Duda as an Analyst in its ESOP Advisory practice.

Mac joins the Firm following a successful internship with ButcherJoseph, where he supported the execution of employee ownership transactions and conducted in-depth financial analysis. In his full-time role, Mac will assist in developing financial models, preparing valuation materials, and conducting market research to support ESOP structuring and strategic advisory engagements.

Mac is a graduate of Princeton University, where he was a letter-winning member of the varsity football team. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mac now resides in St. Louis and will support active client engagements across ButcherJoseph’s ESOP and corporate finance practices.
