ButcherJoseph & Co., an investment banking firm specializing in ESOPs, mergers and acquisitions, private capital sourcing and valuation advisory services, announced the promotion of members of Firm. 

Patrick O’Neil has been promoted to Senior Associate. Patrick will continue to serve as an integral member on deal teams for a wide variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments. Patrick initially joined the firm after successfully completing the firm’s internship program in 2015.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Princeton University, where he was the captain of the varsity soccer team.

Tristan Tahmaseb has been promoted to Senior Associate. Tristan will continue to play an active role through his contributions on multiple transactions including sell-side M&A processes, leveraged ESOP buyouts, recapitalizations, valuations, and fairness opinions in a variety of industries. Tahmaseb holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Harvard University, where he was a member of the varsity football team.
