Dharti Patel is an accounting professional with over a decade of experience in financial reporting, audit, and operational accounting within complex, multi-entity environments. She joined Butcher Joseph in 2026 and oversees core transactional accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and intercompany activity, while supporting the monthly close and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.

Partnering closely with the VP of Finance and Operations, Dharti strengthens the firm’s control environment, supports audit and regulatory compliance, and drives process enhancements that improve reporting transparency, operational efficiency, and GAAP-aligned financial outcomes. She is recognized for her leadership in developing and managing high-performing accounting teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement, and for implementing ERP and automation initiatives that enhance financial operations and reporting capabilities. She holds a Master of Accounting from Arkansas State University.
