ButcherJoseph & Co. is pleased to announce the addition of Saiyid Kazmi as Analyst. In his new role, Kaz will support a wide range of activities for the Firm, including sale transactions to strategic or financial buyers, employee ownership (ESOP) transactions, capital advisory engagements, and valuation advisory.

Kaz joins us full-time after successfully completing our Analyst Internship program in the summer of 2024. Prior to ButcherJoseph & Co., Kaz worked in ETFs at Invesco, focusing on asset management and market analysis. Additionally, he was involved with Springboard Capital, a Calgary-based search fund targeting industrial companies in Canada and the United States ​EBITDA ranging from $1 million to $5 million. He holds a BCom in Finance and Computer Science from McGill University and is currently a CFA candidate.
