Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate, Tamara assists with marketing and business development support, and provides accounts payable, receivable, and expense reimbursement process support. Other areas of assistance include compliance support and tax return preparation and processing, and providing ancillary partner support, among other operational duties. Tamara reports to the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Marketing.
Prior to joining ButcherJoseph & Co., Tamara worked for the Federal Government for fifteen years as a Finance and Operations Manager. In her role, she identified and implemented process improvements while increasing efficiency using reporting, streamlined operations, and best practices. She oversaw 150+ employees and played a critical role in developing process improvements for data integrity and facility management.
