Advisor

Rose joined ButcherJoseph in 2013, and currently acts as an advisor to the Firm. Her years of leadership earned her recognition as a St. Louis Titan 100 honoree in 2022 and 2023, celebrating top executives in the region.

As a passionate advocate for employee ownership, Rose previously represented ButcherJoseph in the Expanding ESOPs coalition, was a former advisory board member for UMB Bank, and was a member of the Investors Council of Greater St. Louis Inc. She also concluded an eight-year board term with the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) of St. Louis and previously served on the boards of Tower Grove Park and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. 

Throughout her career, Rose has developed expertise in marketing, branding, sales, and strategic planning for privately held companies, wealth management firms, and nonprofit boards of directors.

She earned both her Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in communication from Saint Louis University.
