Full-Time Analysts

Position Overview

ButcherJoseph & Co. is recruiting full-time Analysts to join its Investment Banking team. Analysts are key members of the broader team, supporting associates, vice presidents, and senior leadership on advisory, valuation, and corporate finance projects. We seek talented, motivated individuals with relevant academic or professional experience in finance. Analysts will receive on-the-job training and contribute to live sell-side and buy-side projects. Analysts experience various growth opportunities in a meritocratic, team-oriented environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Summer Analysts contribute to every phase of transaction execution, including:

• Generate and refine sophisticated, excel-based models related to business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and principal investments
• Create accurate and novel industry analyses to contextualize business models
• Draft materials related to the marketing and execution of transactions
• Work closely with other deal team members on all phases of transaction execution and support multiple projects at once
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations for clients and internal teams
