Through this platform, we make control and minority equity investments in a wide range of industries, providing flexible capital and operational resources to accelerate growth. We believe in broad-based equity participation, and typically invest in companies that are supportive of employee ownership.

We invest in closely held lower middle market companies with proven business models in profitable industries. We recognize the current management team & employees as the value drivers of the business.
